Refund policy
At CrystArya, each item is thoughtfully curated and quality-checked with love. Due to the nature of our personal products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item you received is incorrect
- The size is incorrect (must be unused, in original condition/packaging, and approved by our team)
If any of these apply, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at crystarya@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will assist with a replacement, exchange or store credit.
Please note:
We are unable to offer returns or refunds due to:
- Change of mind or preference
- Incorrect color or style chosen by the customer
- Items that are used, worn, damaged, or not in original packaging
- Returns sent without prior approval
- The delivery address was incorrectly entered by the customer
All returns must be verified and approved by staff prior to acceptance. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
